Cortaflex FAQ

Cortaflex - Frequently Asked Questions

Q. Is it safe to take a glucosamine & chondroitin supplement like Cortaflex whilst taking other medication?

A. Containing totally natural ingredients, there have been no recorded cases of Cortaflex interfering with other medications - or vica-versa. However, if you are a diabetic, pregnant or nursing a baby you should consult your doctor.

Q. Is it safe to take Cortaflex long-term?

A. There are 1000's of people, dogs, cats, horses (and other animals including elephants!) that have been taking Cortaflex for years. There are no known side effects or long term complications that have ever been discovered

Q. There are cheaper (and more expensive!) supplements containing glucosamine and chondroitin, do these work?

A. Glucosamine sulphate and chondroitin sulphate have large and complex molecular structures - too large to pass easily through the small pores in the capillary walls. It just doesn't get to where it's needed, it stays in the blood only to be filtered out by the body's waste system! Most glucosamine supplements do work, but only in a limited way. Most of the ingredients pass through the body... and out again.

To try to compensate for this, manufacturers add ever increasing concentrations of glucosamine and chondroitin to their supplements. This is just a waste and simply puts extra pressure on the digestive and waste systems of the body which is a shame - especially if you are seeking a safe and natural remedy!

It is the unique method of delivery of the active ingredients in Cortaflex that makes it the world's best selling joint supplement. If you care about a safe, natural and effective solution - try the world's best

Q. Can the Cortaflex available on this site be given to animals?

A. No. There are special formulations of Cortaflex for dogs/cats and horses available from our sister site Natural Animal Health
